By purchasing, using, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. 1. Boosting Services
1.1 Service Description
Our boosting service provides Discord server boosts through accounts owned and operated by us. By purchasing this service, you are temporarily leasing server boosts to enhance your Discord server. This service does not grant you ownership of the boosting accounts used to facilitate the boost.
1.2 Conditions of Use
In order to maintain the boosts on your server, the following conditions must be met:
Account Removal: If you, or anyone with access to your server, removes any of the boosting accounts provided by us, the boosts will be lost, and we will not provide replacements.
Anti-Raid/Anti-Bot Features: It is your responsibility to ensure that your server's anti-raid or anti-bot systems do not interfere with our accounts. If these security features cause our accounts to be removed from your server, we are not liable, and no replacements will be issued.
1.3 Limitations of Liability
We will not be responsible for any server-side issues, such as technical failures, accidental removal of boosting accounts, or third-party actions that result in the loss of boosts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the stability and configuration of their server.

2. Nitro Tokens
2.1 Authenticity and Verification
All nitro tokens sold by us are carefully verified for authenticity prior to sale. This verification process ensures that the tokens are functional and valid at the time of purchase. Due to this thorough verification, no replacements or refunds will be offered once a token has been purchased and delivered.
2.2 Responsibility for Usage
Customers are solely responsible for how they use the nitro tokens. The following are strictly prohibited:
Use of Unauthorized Tools: The use of automated tools, scripts, or third-party services that may cause your tokens to be flagged, invalidated, or revoked by Discord’s systems.
Token Flagging: We are not liable for any token flagging, suspension, or other actions taken by Discord or any other third party as a result of your usage of the tokens.
2.3 No Warranty
We do not guarantee that tokens will remain functional for any specific duration once applied to your account. As these tokens are digital products subject to third-party systems, there are no warranties, either express or implied, regarding their long-term functionality.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Finality of Payments
All payments made for services provided by DiscHub are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the finality of the transaction. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for any services purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
3.2 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Customers are expressly prohibited from attempting to reverse a payment at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims of unauthorized transactions. If a payment reversal is attempted, we reserve the right to:
Terminate any and all services immediately.
Take legal action to recover funds and associated costs.
Ban the customer from future purchases of our services.
3.3 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the exclusive right to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason. This includes situations where we believe that the customer is acting in bad faith, attempting to abuse our systems, or violating these Terms of Service.
3.4 Pricing and Price Changes
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price you are charged at the time of your order is final, and we will not make adjustments to reflect price changes that may occur after your purchase.

4. Service Availability and Limitations
4.1 Service Interruptions
